We process online orders Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will normally ship within 3 days of receipt, but most orders ship the next business day. After you order you will receive a confirmation via email. When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email confirmation. We’ll also email you if something you ordered is backordered or out of stock.

You can also place orders over the phone at 1-877-550-BFIT (2348). Our customer service department is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST, to answer your questions or take your order.
We collect sales tax only on orders shipped within the state of Florida.
Shipping: $5 per order flat rate (anywhere in the US). International shipping is not yet available.
Orders over $100 ship free.
At this time we only accept orders to be shipped within the United States and Canada. In addition we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses. We ship by USPS Priority Mail. Please contact our customer service department by email or at 1-877-550-BFIT if you require faster delivery, and for International Orders.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express.
Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returns and/or Exchanges will be accepted only on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL original tags attached. Any goods not received in the above condition may not be accepted. Please note that we don’t refund shipping and handling charges.
When returning merchandise, we recommend using a carrier such as UPS and with tracking services for your protection. Please send your return in the original packaging together with the Return Form (included in the box). We will ship exchanged merchandise or issue a refund or credit as soon as your return has been received and processed.
If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, email us or call 1-877-550-BFIT (2348) to ensure that the item is in stock. If so, we will place it on hold it for you until your return is received. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). Please make sure to note the exchange on the return form. Please note that exchanged merchandise will be shipped with no additional shipping and handling charges.
Incorrect Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, notify us via email or phone within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We’ll email you a UPS label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt – as long as it hasn’t been used, worn or washed. All tags must remain attached.
